<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10.5pt;">A good friend of mine - Ken Watson - put an idea to me last year to celebrate his 50<sup>th</sup> birthday by walking the 100 miles of the Teesdale Way with a group of like-minded (gullable?) souls in aid of charity.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It’s now very close to ‘w-day’ (walk day) and after several dry runs we are all as ready as we will ever be.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>So with walking boots (and sticking plasters) at the ready I would like to enlist your help in pledging donations for a great cause.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10.5pt;">Clean drinking water and decent sanitation is something we all take for granted but in Uganda it’s a very different story and unbelievably 5000 children die every day due to the lack of these basic needs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The money we raise will provide facilities to alleviate so much suffering.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
