Hi, welcome to my page.

Those of you that know me know that I have, in recent years lost two of my grandparents to stroke, so being able to give something to this worth while charity is going to be an absolute pleasure. I am planning to run the Brighton marathon for the stroke association. My target is £750 so even if you can only afford pennies then that Is  just as good. Even getting "shares" or "'retweets" is real helpful. Just to show you the great work of this charity, here are some examples

The findings from research helps to find new way to:

Prevent a stroke from happening

Find new ways to improve existing treatments for those people that have had a stroke.

Understand how the brain works and changes after a stroke.

Their work doesn't just help sufferers they also help family members cope post stroke.

So to sum up, if you can get involved you will be helping out a lot of people. Thank you for your time. I will update as we get nearer to event day
