Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

John James Smart (Smarty) was a 22 year old man who died on 20th July 2011 in a road traffic accident in Italy whilst working for the RAF. During his short life he was in the Army Cadets, the Territorial Army and he also served in Afghanistan and The Falklands with the RAF. He was a keen sportsman who helped to raise money for Anna's Hope, which was his squadron's elected charity.

Anna's Hope is a charity that raises money to fund research into the cure of children with brain tumours and improve rehabilitation facilities. It was inspired by Anna Olivia Hughes who tragically died from a brain tumour aged only 3 years and 8 months.

James' family would be grateful for any donations made, no matter how small and please feel free to write a little message.
