The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

As part of my intership with Hewlett Packard, I am taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge.

The 3 Peaks challange involves climbing 3 mountains in the UK. Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District and Snowdon in Wales.

This is probably the most daunting task I have ever undertaken testing my physical and mental strength. Unfortunately I have not been graced with the longest legs in the world so this challenge could prove rather entertaining.

Please anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated.

Three Peaks Challenge

The highest of the three mountains is Ben Nevis in Scotland standing at 1,344 meters (4,409ft) above sea level.

Second in the challenge is Scafell Pike in the Lake District. At 978m this is the lowest summit of the three.  It is considered the hardest to navigate in poor weather conditions.

Hopefully I will reach Snowdon in Wales for my final accent, with an elevation of 1085m.

Please sponsor me and help me raise as much money as possible for the Prince's Trust!!!
