In February 2010 I will be taking part in a charity bike ride from Paris (Stade de France) to London (Twickenham). The route will take us over 440 km in 4 days. Chances are at these gruelling days will be with a gale force northerly head wind, strong rain and intermittent hail / snow, but if the sun shines, all the better!
We're doing this ride for 2 charities, Sport Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation. For those of you who know me, you'll know that there is some serious work to be done with regards to getting fit for this challenge. Fear not, training has already started and the early morning weekends spent on the road are seeing the pounds being shed.
All your support will be massively appreciated in this titanic struggle towards some very worthy causes. I'm counting on you all.
Chris Hoy, Alberto Contador, Lance Amstrong.....watch out, there is a new challenger!!!
Spud, James, Patate or whichever other pseudonyme you know me as!!
