Story

As many of you know, almost 6 months ago I was involved in a bit of an accident when I got hit by a bus whilst out running. Fortunately not only am I still here to tell the tale but I've been back at school and running again for over 2 months now. This progress was not all my own work though, the Nottingham Traumatic Brain Injury Service helped me constantly throughout my rehabilitation and continue to help me now I'm back at school.

That's why, on the weekend before my 18th birthday, I, along with Jamie Webb-Bowen, Simon Payne and my dad are doing the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for the team so they can help people like me in future. The Three Peaks involves climbing the 1,344m of Ben Nevis, 978m of Scafell Pike and 1,085m of Snowdon within 24 hours.

For more information about the Brain Injury Team visit their website: http://www.nuh.nhs.uk/ntbis/index.htm

We successfully completed the challenge in 21hrs33mins. Thank you to everyone for your support, please keep donating to help even more people.
