The challenge consists of:

750m Swim

22km Cycle

5.4km Run

All the money raised will be going to Stockdales, where my brother Hew lived for the majority of his 24 year life. 

Stockdales is fantastic charity based in Sale, Cheshire. They are dedicated to improving the life of adults and children with profound disabilities and has been doing so for over 60 years.

Stockdales need £2million per year to exist, of this £250,000 has to be raised to cover the cost of the specialist equipment, holidays and subsidised activities to enable the people they work with lead happy and fulfilling lives

Any donation, even if a few pounds would be enormously helpful as I would love to raise as much money as possible for such a worthy charity
