Hello!

Each year I try to do something to scare myself witless to raise money for the mind charity in memory of my old mate Jody Bryant who we sadly lost in 2008.

This year, on 28th July I will be abseiling 300ft foot down the Avon Gorge with nothing but a thin cord and a helmet for protection! Photographic evidence will be provided and everyone is invited to the Wunderbar in the evening for an Old Skool knees up where my co-abseilers and I will be continuing the fund raising and good vibes with the Back 2 Back DJs AND one of Bristols finest Sir Beanz!

I do appreciate that times are tough but if we can all pull together and raise some money to help those suffering with mental health problems, maybe we can prevent other families and freinds from losing loved ones the way we lost Jody.
