<p>The build-up begins... Most of you know how excited I am about running the London Marathon next year and here is where my journey starts.<br /><br />I'll be running the London Bupa 10,0000 for the Ether Benjamins Trust, who I volunteered for in Nepal in 2009.<br /><br />EBT are responsible for a number of projects which involve rescuing Nepalese children who have fallen into slave-labour, and giving them a new future.<br /><br />This event is going to be very special as Maya - a girl who was rescued having been trafficked to an Indian Circus - has been sponsored to fly from Nepal and join us.<br /><br />By sponsoring me you will be helping release children from slave labour and giving them a new future.<br /><br />A thought for the day:<br /><br />'There are more people living in slavery today than at any other point in human history'.<br /><br />This is your chance to help make a difference.
