I've decided to decline Will and Kate's kind invite, and in late April I am cycling across England, from the west coast (near Whitehaven) to Sunderland on the east.  Three days of mountain-biking up and down the Lake District, the Pennines and other hilly delights.  About 150 miles in all.

Like the Paris ride two years ago I'm raising money for Kisima Secondary School in Kenya, a wonderful place that provides free education for 160 boys and girls from the most deprived backgrounds from villages across the desert region of Northern Kenya. We've known the school for a few years.  It is doing inspiring work in a community that has been through some tough times.  Have a look at the website (http://www.kisima.org) and video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=GB&v=ZXMYwWuEbAY) to find out more.

Please sponsor me now. It's a great cause!

Many thanks.

James
