Myself and Danny are cycling the length of wales to raise money for Prader Willi Syndrome. 

The Lon las cycle route is approximately 250 miles from Holyhead to Cardiff and is rated one of the toughest long distance routes on the Uk cycle network. We will begin the challenge on 28th September and aim to complete the route in 3 days, finishing on Friday 30th September.

Prader Willi Syndrome is a charity that is close to Danny's heart as it affects his niece. We are both excited by the challenge and feel priviliged to be able to raise money for a childrens charity.
