Myself and 19 others from CMS are taking part in the Tough Mudder Yorkshire event on Saturday 28th July.

We will be raising money for Parkinson's UK, charity chosen by one of my colleagues after his family were greatly affected by this disease.

The fundraising target is £5000 for the team so please dig deep; all contributions will be welcomed and appreciated.
