Hi guys,

On the 9th December 2012 I will be running the Lisbon half marathon and would really appreciate your support. 

I'm running with my Dad and Uncle in aid of the charity Hospice in the Weald. They care for a great many patients who are terminally ill and require large amounts of funding each year in order to operate.

Any donation, however big or small, will go to this very worthy cause so please give whatever you can.
