A few friends have asked me what I'd like for Christmas, and thus far I've not really answered the question because, simply, I don't really want for anything at the moment. I'm very fortunate, and feel like I should do something (however small) to try to help people who are less so. Instead of getting me a present, I'd like it if my friends donated a few pounds to this charity, who help homeless people through a number of different channels, which seem especially crucial at this time of year when it's even more freezing and unforgiving outside than normal. I'm sure even a pound or two would make a difference, if you can spare it.
