Hi,

I am running the New York Marathon on Sunday 4th November 2012, raising money for Sue Ryder Care. I am running in memory of my Grandma, Jean Dyson, who died at Wheatfields Hospice in Leeds after battling cancer.

After she died, the staff at Wheatfields were brilliant, especially in the care and support they gave my mum during a very difficult period for her.

I am aiming to raise £2,500 to help Sue Ryder continue the support they give to patients and their families.

I'm not sure how I will beat proposing at the finish line this year though!
