We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

I am raising money for MIND mental health charity and trekking Kilimanjaro 2019 in efforts to spread awareness about mental health. MIND is the charity we chose to represent for this trek and mental health is an issue that I believe needs more attention. #forbettermentalhealth

- Mental health problems are getting worse as the number of people who self-harm or have suicidal thoughts is increasing.

- 75% of mental illnesses start before a child reaches their 18th birthday.

- Suicide is a leading cause of death in young men and women aged 20-34 in the UK. The latest figures from the Office of National Statistics reveal that the number of adolescent suicides each year is greater than it has been for the past 10 years.
