I've roped my family into taking part in the British Gas Swims Britain Challenge with Fiona, Edward and Florence are all joining in (possibly a problem for Florence since she can't swim). We hope to raise £200 for this brilliant charity and set ourselves a goal to get fit (or at least a bit fitter than we are now).
