My story

Welcome to the fundraising page for this, my 16th consecutive London Marathon (since 1997) which will be held on April 22nd, 2012.

Every year I say it's my last time, and every year I come back again. The reason is because of the great support I receive from all of you and the money we raise to help charities. After the financial turmoil of recent years, as charities are suffering from reduced donations due to the ongoing uncertainty, I hope we can continue to raise a sum that will help people. Remember, 26.2 miles is still 26.2 miles even in a recession!

Once again this year, I am running for Phab, a charity dedicated to helping disabled people to find their place in the community through skills training, social clubs and other activities. 

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it's the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
