In September this year I will be taking part in my first triathlon! It has been a goal of mine to do this for some time and I also want to get the most out of it.

For my bit I will be raising money for Birmingham Childrens Hospital, which provides outstanding treatment and  care to over 250,000 children every year.

I will be doing it as part of a record breaking team of over 150 people, in memory of a lady called Helen Pote, who recently lost her life to cancer. #TEAMHELEN
