Warner Music’s Wild Tri · 8 June 2018

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

On the 8th June 2018, we will be heading up to the Lake District to take part in the Warner Music "Wild Tri" - a gruelling 55km, 10 hour slog around the Lake District, with the goal of raising £1000 for Centrepoint.

The triathlon will see us cycle our way from Langdale to Waterhead, canoe around Lake Windermere, cycle from Waterhead to Sticklebarn, then finally hike our way around the iconic Langdale Pikes. All going to plan we'll be back in Langdale after 10 hours for a few jars of something gold and cold.

The arguments, moaning, and blisters we will endure during the Wild Tri are nothing compared to what many vulnerable young people and families go through facing homelessness in London. Please dig deep so we can raise as much money for Centrepoint as possible, allowing them to continue their great work providing housing, healthcare and education.
