Story

Hi!

As you will mostly know I am a quadruple amputee, having lost my hands and feet in a mountain accident.
Despite this I love to pursue my passion for mountaineering and prove that anything is possible.
On 29th August this year I climbed The Weissmies in Switzerland.  It's 4023m high and provided some really challenging climbing on rock, snow and ice.
The climb was generously supported by The Hunter Foundation, enabling me to ask for your help in supporting The STV Appeal.  The STV Appeal does fantastic work helping children affected by poverty in Scotland.  Please help!  To look at me you might not believe that I'd be capable of climbing a mountain.  Well I believe that everyone has great potential which sometimes just requires a small amount of assistance to bring it out.
Your generosity is hugely appreciated.
