Hey guys!

So yes...I am doing the Great North Run (half-marathon) again, up in sunny Newcastle.  I'll be doing it sponsored again, and will be raising money for the Message Trust - this brilliant charity working with kids and youth in inner cities.

It's all happening on the 20th September, and if all goes well, I hope to do it in under 1 hour 45 minutes.
