Following the fun of the Coast to Coast bike ride in 2008 and the Hadrian's Cycle Way bike ride in 2009, when I raised £184.37 for Cancer Research and £185 for the British Liver Trust, from 1st-4th May 2010 I will be doing the Coast and Castles bike ride from Newcastle to Edinburgh, a total distance of 200 miles. Joining me will be Adrian Sherwood, Glen Swainson and Martyn Owens, veterans of the previous trips, and we'll have overnight stops in Amble, Berwick and Innerleithen, before a well earned night out in Edinburgh.

This year I'm raising money for Help for Heroes, an organisation set up to help those wounded in the UK's current conflicts. Please donate generously to this worthy cause.
