As doing this to help me girlfriend and get fitter in the process. 

The money I raise will go to Penny Appeal's Emergency Response, which means their teams can act fast in a crisis situation such as famine, natural disasters and war. 

Penny Appeal's teams are currently providing support in Yemen (the worst famine in the world), Syria (69% of the population is living in extreme poverty), Mozambique & Malawi (re-building homes & lives after Cyclone Idai affected 1.8 million people) and Bangladesh (providing safe spaces for persecuted Rohingya refugees).
