26.2 miles. Again.

As the blood, sweat and tears from last year have faded into a distant memory I have decided to run this year's London Marathon. So, here we go again, early morning runs, aching legs and trying to cut down on all things unhealthy. Fun. I did last year's marathon in 3 hours 52 minutes and hoping to beat it this year, even by one minute.

But all this isn't for nothing, I am again raising money for the amazing charity, Catch 22. So here's the plea....please, please donate. EVERY little bit helps.

Catch22 works in over 150 towns and cities, and works with 37,000 young people each year. Their programmes help to develop the confidence and skills to grasp solutions that are right for young people; from getting back into school or into training, choosing to stay out of crime, finding a safe place to live and helping them with the skills needed to live independently after leaving care.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Thanks
