I am doing a 26 mile trek in May. Many people will be affected by dementia in some way during their lives. According to Alzheimer’s Society, dementia is now the leading cause of death in England and Wales. Please help me towards my target for a great cause as I work closely with the Alzheimer’s society as a dementia champion and see all the amazing things that they do for people xx
