I will be cycling from the London Eye to Paris Eifel Tower on July 1st - 4th 2010, The charity I have chosen is the Essex Air Ambulance..this is purely public funded and offer a superb service when needed throughout the county...As many of you may have seen these air ambulances are crucial in getting to the patents and then transferring them to the nearest hospital in the critical time... so please give as much as you want as every penny counts....

All the other's will be on their racing bikes...pha.....where as I will be doing it on my MTB bike...so for all those aches and pains and the thrill of me whizzing past the others on there fancy plastic bikes...I ask you to give a little or as much as you want...I may never walk straight again or be able to sit down for a few weeks afterwards...but it will be worth it....

I'll be sitting on my bike for 3 days cycling the roads of England and France............ Many Thanks.....
