I've been volunteering for DENS for a couple of years now and am going to attempt to run a half marathon for them.

DENS is Dacorum Emergency Night Shelter – they are independent charity, supporting homeless people in and around the Dacorum area of Hertfordshire - Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring, Kings Langley and the surrounding villages.
