I'm taking part in the Dobbies 150th Anniversary Challenge in order to raise as much money as possible for chosen Store & Company Charities.
Store and Head Office colleagues are cycling round all our stores from Edinburgh via Inverness, Lisburn in Nothern Ireland, Shepton Mallet, Ashford then back to Edinburgh. A staggering overall distance to cover in 15 days!
I've signed up to cycle as much as possible of the 115 mile leg between Gailey store to Atherstone then on to Milton Keynes. I visited both Gailey & Atherstone stores late last year and I'm confident the people on our leg will do the 'Teuer de Fleur' ( <------ see what we did there) proud!
For those that know me - Cycling isn't something I've done since I used to race the School bus home to St Abbs! My bike was quickly removed for safety reasons...
So please give what you can to see me risk my life again and suffer the agony of 'the day after' a 115 cycle and help us raise a record amount for charity.
Thank you for your support!
