One of my colleagues, Mike, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease just over a year ago.  Since Mike's diagnosis, the MNDA has provided first class care, support and guidance to Mike and his wife and so we've made the MNDA our functional charity of the year.  We'd like to raise as much money as possible to enable the MNDA to help Mike and the many other sufferers of MND.  Therefore, on Friday 28th June, I and a number of my colleagues will be abseiling the 10 floors at HSBC UK, 1 Centenary Square.
