Cellular Solutions Charity Bike Ride 278KM · 9 June 2017

Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. We love all dogs, and the people who love dogs too. We care for dogs in need through our network of 22 centres across the UK and Ireland, finding them loving new homes. A dog is for Life, not just for Christmas ©

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

Starting on 7th June 2017, I am taking part in a 278km bike ride (equivalent to 3 back to back London to Brighton’s!) along with 11 other work colleagues, where we’ll be cycling from Poitiers to Bergerac in France.

This is to raise money for my chosen charity The Dog's Trust Shoreham along with 9 local hospices and The Rockinghorse Appeal through sponsorship from our company’s clients. For my personal fundraising target I am looking to raise at least £500 + for The Dog's Trust Shoreham.

The Dog's Trust never put a healthy dog down and saves approx. 16,000 abandoned dogs every year. Every donation makes a difference caring for these dogs who are usually re-homed through no fault of their own or due to neglect.

Over the past few years the Cellular Solutions Team have raised well over £140,000 – so with your help this event will help take us over the £180,000 mark – with the aim of reaching £250,000 over the next few years from our cycle fundraising, which will see Cellular Solutions Team having cycled the length of France!!

Cellular Solutions will also match like for like any funds we raise up to £5,000

Our overall total fundraising target for this event is £32,000. Every donation will help towards this figure that will make a significant difference to those less fortunate than ourselves. Every penny donated goes to charity and not towards the costs of the event
thanks to sponsorship of the event by one of our network partners.
