I will be participating in the Winter Rickshaw Run 2010 through Nepal and India, and not only is this an amazing adventure, but the Adventurists Team also cooperates closely with various charities, one of them being Mercy Corps. To be able to participate in the Rickshaw Run, we need to raise £1,000 for 2 different charities. I decided to raise money for Mercy Corps, becuase this organization helps people all over the world. In India it specifically focuses on helping appx. 13,000 people who work under terrible conditions at the vast tea planations.(www.http://www.mercycorps.org/)
