Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in The Royal Parks 'Half Marathon' (yes 13.1 miles) on Sunday 11th October in London to raise money for White Lodge Centre.

White Lodge relies on fund raising to be able to continue with the good work that the centre does.

My training is going well, it is early August and I am running four times a week and increasing my 6am runs to 45 minutes at the moment!
