For a second year running I have agreed to run that 16mile route from the airport to the Castle.

I lost my Nana to this dreadful disease back in 1984 and more recently have friends undergoing treatment

If my running a few miles can raise some funds to help research / find a cure and ultimately prevent others from suffering then it is the least I can do
