This March I was invited to take part in a run from East Midlands Airport to Nottingham Castle to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK.

In 1984 I lost my Nanna to this Bowel Cancer and having watched her suffer I do not want to see other's go through the same.

If my running helps raise money to carry our vital research into this awful disease it is the least I can do.
