Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you will know this time last year I was unable to walk due to an infection I had contracted in my spine.  A year and two operations later I am held together with metal work and bone grafts but fighting fit and ready to take up the challenge of a triathlon again ! I don't think I will be breaking any records this time but I do hope to raise lots of money for the charity I support locally - Hope and Homes for Children.  All funds raised will go towards the wonderful work they do with children in Eastern Europe and Africa.  Please read about their work through the link on this page.
