<p><strong>My Story: My Sister was not just my sister, but my best friend, we laughed, cried, finished each others sentances and shared so much time together. Julia became ill in September 2008, after a routine operation something went terribly wrong and she ended up fighting for her life, once out of danger she was diagnosed with ...... Cancer.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Julia was brave throughout the harsh treatment she had to endure and her family were constantly by her side supporting her. I miss washing her hair and helping her get dressed, going shopping and just having a good old gossip, I miss her company and her laughter, I miss her hugs and just holding her hand.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The day Julia passed away I saw the most amazing rainbow in the sky, this is my comfort as I often see rainbows now.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Without the amazing support of Cynthia Spencer Hospice Julia's last weeks would have been so much harder, Cynthia Spencer made Julia's last weeks happy, pain free, safe and comfortable. We laughed so much with each other and with the nurses and doctors, they helped not only Julia but us as a family as well.</strong></p>
