Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We (Ian, my husband, and I) are planning another walking trip - The West Highland Way - for Easter 2011. As we are older and fatter with gradually deteriorating joints, we are embarking on a major fitness programme. We are not joining a group but will be self-guided for the 95 miles of the way from Glasgow to Fort William. What's more, if the weather is good we plan an extra day's walk of the Mamores Horseshoe, a high level route close to the Nevis range.

Although this is a holiday, it is also quite an undertaking, and we hope you will recognise this by supporting the Aud-M-Ed charity, which is provides resources to help prevent, detect and manage deafness in developing countries, www.audmed.org.uk
