Jane, Tim, Sally, Sean and Linda have now completed the Standalone 10 k and we are all really pleased with our times:

Sean: 52 min, 39 secs even though he only attended one training session!

Sally:  The  most competitive of us all, 52 mins,43 secs

Jane:  Knocked over 10 minutes off last years time - 54 mins, 55 secs

Linda:  Managed a remarkable 1 hours, 1 min and 18 seconds even though she had run a half marathon the previous week

Tim:  A disappointing 1 hour, 5 mins and 20 seconds.  Amazingly Tim managed this time after sustaining an ankle injury at the 3 k marker
