Milo Malloy was a close and dear friend of mine and a much loved character from the Sunday morning spin at David Lloyd. He bought joy and happiness into everyone's life and used to be our lead singer in the class. He recently lost his fight against the blood cancer myeloma and will be sadly missed.

Beverley Wadell is another David Lloyd member who's family have been touched by a blood cancer. Bev's son Harry (14), has had non hodgkins cancer, which is a plastic lymphoma. Please dig deep and donate for all the people who may suffer in the future.

I will also be thinking of Heather and David on the day.

I am running my first marathon this year.  I'm determined to finish it and need everyone's support in reaching this goal. You can shout at me as much as you like, i need it!
