It has been a huge thing for me to take on this challenge. Having been chronically depressed and hospitalised 3 years ago it has been a long hard struggle to regain not only normality (those that have known me for a while will vouch that I've never been truely normal!!) but also my confidence. CAFT has shown me how truely blessed I should feel. I have happy healthy girls and a husband who still loves me despite my many faults.
