Ive done the London 10 k! In the minibus on the way home I got talked into doing the City of Salisbury half marathon. It is on the 16th October 2009, so if any one wants to sponsor me for that it would be great!!!

 Thankyou so much all who have sponsored me, it has been really appreciated. The Trussel Trust is a small local charity that really helps people in difficulty. For £5 they can provide a well balanced food parcel for people who are struggling to pay for so many things that food comes last. Im sure if I was in that situation I would be grateful that another human being cared about me.
