Anyone who knows us knows Glyn is the fitness freak and Janella is afraid of any form of exercise but we have decided it's time to do it together!

We will be running for GUCH - a charity which has helped our brother-in-law throughout his life and is therefore very close to us. We would appreciate any donation you are able to make.
