Thanks for visiting my YMCA fundraising page.

The South Downs Trek, 20 miles from Lewes to Eastbourne,  is one of a series of events designed to help people get fit, have fun, make new friends and raise funds. In May, we took part in the 'marathon' 26 mile Y2Y walk from Guildford to Redhill and thanks to everyone's generous sponsorship, raised £370 for the YMCA's work in East Surrey including:

The Yippee Project -fun for children with disabilities and respite for their families
Heads Together - free counselling for vulnerable young people
Fitness Pioneers - volunteering projects for young people with disabilities
Fit for Life - safe physical activity for people with disabilities or needing rehabilitation
YMCA housing  for young people facing homelessness
Sports and Social - a project for young people with disabilities living at home.

Redhill & Reigate YMCA's target this year is to raise £35,000, so please sponsor us once again!
