In 2015, much to my amazement, I learned to run. In 2016 I want to build on all I achieved last year by setting myself a challenge to show up to a timed event each month, including a half Marathon!

I want to do this for Proud and Loud Arts. I am so inspired by the work these people do, making brilliant theatre, creating awareness, increasing visibility and giving a voice to people labelled with disability,
