Janet's Big Learner Relay

Big Learner Relay · 17 November 2017
I am an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and I am taking part in the Big Learner Relay. This is the fourth year of BLR, which to date has raised in excess of £250,000 for Children in Need. The BLR is a group of more than 190 lead driving school cars which will all relay a top box (with Pudsey Bear on it) over more than 3,000 miles, covering Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The founder of BLR is Louise Walsh, an ADI from Hampshire; Lou sits in the back of each lead car from 1st to 17th of November. The grand finale will be a drive through the Lions' enclosure of Knowsley Safari Park in Liverpool.
I will be taking one of my learner drivers on a driving lesson in my car on the leg from Tiverton to Taunton on November 14th, with Lou sitting in the back and hopefully followed by a huge convoy of supporters in driving school cars, and many other types of vehicle! My car will have Pudsey flags and will be covered in "spots". My aim is to get as many people as possible to sponsor a spot. Please message me if you wish to sponsor a spot and I will happily write your name on a spot on my car (you can choose the colour and size of spot! If you see my car around the south west, please give me a wave!
