<p style="text-align: justify;">Nepal is among the poorest and least developed countries in the world where almost 30% of the population live below the poverty line. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Leprosy Mission's hospital in Nepal is in the hills at Anandaban, 12km outside Kathmandu. It is a lifeline to people affected by leprosy and the wider community </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">By taking part in <span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>The Leprosy Mission's Trek for Treatment in 2012 </strong></span>I am raising much-needed funds for Anandaban, to enhance the lives of all the patients there, including those affected by leprosy. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: TrebuchetMS; font-size: small;">The truly unique element is seeing the work which is the fundraising focus of the Trek, including a tour of the hospital’s departments, to see its essential work first-hand and meet the patients.</span></p>

<p>I will be self-funding the Trek and every penny raised will go to Anandaban hospital.</p>
