so close to doubling my target! got two weeks to go!

can jog 5km comfortably now. just want to improve my time!

Well. I can run 1KM without passing out! Which for me is pretty good. Another four to go!

People who know me know that I cannot run and I am pretty lazy, so it is pretty crazy why I have decided to run Race for Life this year.

Next year, I am planning on being selfish and I am off to Oz to travel & enjoy myself & see what I need to see & do what I need to do. This year, I am planning on being less selfish & helping out others when I can.

I donated blood for the first time this year, I regularly donate money to my friends who are doing their bits for Charity, & now I am going to make a fool of myself by trying to run 5K for Breast Cancer.

Not only have I got that responsibility resting on my shoulders, but I am lucky enough to be part for "Team Heart" which is run by the radio station Heart FM (Essex) where 50 of us including Su from the Morning crew get to be part of a team and raise a lot of money between us. We are all hoping to raise £50 each, but with your help hopefully I can even double it, or maybe even triple it.

Go on, donate as little or as much as you want, and try not and snigger with the image of me running please. Thank you x
