The Paul Sartori Foundation is a small Pembrokeshire based hospice organisation specialising in end of life care, generally in a patient's own home.  They are reliant on donations from the public to a very large extent.  Their nurses are fantastic and were a great help to us as we cared for Janine at the end of her life.
