Yes, after all the talk and planning and training I am really doing it!!

Starting on 12th June I will be cycling the 'End to End' - starting in Lands End so it's all uphill to John O'Groats. Follow my progress on www.janinelejog.blogspot.com.

I'll be cycling over 1,000 miles in total - so I'm hoping to raise a pound for every mile.

Out on my bike I'll need to top up with drinking water several times a day - but 1 in 8 people in the world don't have access to clean drinking water.

I'll cycle an average of 65 miles a day. In each of those days 4,000 children will die because they don't have access to safe sanitation.
